- Where can I purchase the tickets for the N Seoul Tower?
Tickets can be purchased on the 1st floor of the Plaza of the N Seoul Tower and at the Lobby of the information desk..
- Is there an expiration date on a purchased ticket?
- Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase, for 24 hours.
- Do I have to purchase Observatory entry tickets to use the restaurants?
- If you have booked the French restaurant [n.GRILL] Tower 5F in advance, please check your name on the reservation list before the elevator and enter without purchasing a ticket.

For customers using the Korean restaurant [HANCOOK] on the Tower 1F, purchasing the [HANCOOK + Observatory Package] in the ticket booth on the 1st floor of the Plaza will allow you an experience at a more moderate price.

- There are no protective facilities for pets and entry with pets is not allowed.
- How do I find lost objects?
- Please inquire at the information desk regarding lost and found objects.

Food is not allowed within the N Seoul Tower. Please use the square in front of the Palgakjeong pavilion.
- How do I use the Sky Post Office?
- We sell post cards and stamps at THE BA:NG in the Observatory.
It takes 2~3 days for domestic post and approximately 15 days for international post. - How do I use the electronic display service at N Seoul Tower?
- Please send a message when the electronic display on top of the ticket booth in the square displays the message ‘send me a message’, the sent message will be displayed.

(Text messages will be charged 20 Won per message) - I would like to rent a store in N Seoul Tower.
